True, but I don't think that's always the case. That said, I have no experience with him above and beyond that dialogue, so I can't say for sure. I think what got me was the fact that he was very understanding and didn't raise one "but" or false promise.
I am so glad to finally find out that I was not the only one that got duped. I had done several shops for them in the past and everything was fine.
I then did 4 shops in a row totaling $350 and they were no where to be found. I sent e-mails, left phone messages and also clicked on their website.
I am just putting this as a bad experience and hope to be more careful in the future.
Karen's contact information is on another thread. She is working in real estate. Call her and ask her for the money. She's got some serious explaining to do.
If anybody can help me recovery my money from these crooks, I'll give them a commission.
Serve that woman with papers in Washington state. Her address is listed. Just go for it. Tell her clients how she stiffed you.
I can assure you that all former RE clients were aware of the problems with this MSC before Karen closed the doors.

I'm not sure if she ever filed bankruptcy for the company or not. I would definitely look into getting a judgement against her since she can be easily located.
