About Face pay cycle

I performed a shop for About Face on May 5th. The invoice available on the website said that the pay period closed on June 7th.

I have not received payment yet, and yes I have verified my paypal address is correct. The only payment info I can find for them says within 45 days of shop date.

Has anybody heard is they have a specific payment date?

I have a sticky under the 'Mystery shopping company' category which has their payment terms. You might want to shoot them off an email.

Not sure if it was you but I did get the payment today. I am dealing with a broken collarbone and I couldn't get my iPad to let me email you. Thanks for your help in any case.

I'm glad you received the payment. I'm a little confused though because our May 5 shops were sent out a while ago. Are you sure it wasn't a June 5 shop? If it was, those were all paid today. We pay each Friday for the shops that were due for payment during that week, so today's payments (I paid a day early this week) were for all the shops due for payment between July 19-25 and they were submitted between June 4-10.

I looked at the invoice again. You are right; it was June 4.

And good to know that it is on the Friday the week of. That is exactly the information I was looking for.
