Kind ladies and gentlemen,

Your training materials clearly state that a customer should be given three napkins for a meal with a sandwich, side and drink (one for each item). Yet the correct test answer for a complete meal is, "all of the above," one of which is being given TWO napkins. What gives?

I reread it after my first try -- it specifically says three, I promise. That's how I got it wrong a second time -- I knew it couldn't be all of the above.

After receiving 4 emails in June and promised intentions to "get together" to discuss and take this test and start shopping for GAPBUSTER, I have heard nothing to date.
