Marketforce Contact

Ok, now I need a contact at Marketforce. It's regarding a shop that needs edited. Does anyone have an individual contact with them? Or at least a general phone number? I can't even seem to locate that. Thanks!

Contact their Help Desk. It should be on their website and on your shop details/CPI.
I wrote an email to the help desk, but i don't see a phone number. I was hoping to call and get a more immediate response.
I have seen (lately) on all your paperwork, there is a Market Force phone numbersmiling smiley It is in blue. Pull out your paperwork and see if it's on there. I usually just email the help desk.
1-800-669-6526 is the number listed for the help desk. It is on the bottom of your CPI.

I don't understand why it is so hard for some shoppers to just look at their paperwork and the website. Being observant and following directions are key factors to being a good shopper. If everything is handed to them, how will they learn?
You'll have more luck and have better feedback submitting a written response to Helpdesk. Not immediate, but at least you've done your end by reaching out of them.... Unless guidelines specifically state to call Helpdesk for your particular situation.

I don't understand why it is so hard for some posters on this forum to just ignore questions they don't want to answer. But I try not to act superior about it and teach anyone a lesson. It's really hard, though. Clearly, it's sometimes too hard.

That's what friends are for Sybil2.

PaulinMI, before you get all bent, I was one of the original posters who did try to help the OP. I told them to contact the Help Desk and to look on their guidelines and CPI. The contact information is clearly written there usually on the front page. I did not know that it was my responsibility to take time out of my day to log into the MF website and search for the phone number especially since I do not have any outstanding assignments with them.
Hey Sybil2, I'm certainly not "bent". To the contrary. I just wonder what the motivation is that after answering the OP question that you must reply a second time seemingly to question their observational skills?

Maybe they missed the line. Who knows? You pointed out their error, and gave advice in your original post. Why pile one past that?

[I promise this is the last response from me on this topic since I'm tired of it. I assume the people reading these posts are equally tired of it, so this will be it from me no matter how much I want to reply.]

@Sybil2
You gave the OP advice to call the HelpDesk and the OP replied by asking for the HelpDesk number saying he or she couldn't find it. It wasn't your responsibility to dig through MF and find it. It also wasn't your responsibility to scold the OP for asking for help in finding the phone number, but you seemed happy (eager, even) to shoulder *that* responsibility. And you did so after the OP got their question answered by another forum member. You were off the hook! So I'm not sure you get to play the victim of the OP's dastardly plot to suck up your time today.

To me it sounded like you were being nasty and superior just because you could. I hope that's not the case, but that's it for me.... I'm done with this topic. I'll read whatever response you want to make, if any, but I'm not feeding the fire on this any more.

I hope everyone has a great night!

My first response was directly to the OP and trying to help them know where to find the contact number. My follow-up comment was just a general observation. I did not direct it to the OP per se. Some people want everything handed to them on a silver platter while others are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. I like to get my hands dirty and then reward myself with a mani/pedi. Win-win.
Wow, this post really took off, lol. My apologies for not being more observant. That's really all it was...a moment of ignorance. Don't worry, I'm not offended by sybil's scolding. I most likely have more years of ms experience than she/he does. But they might have more experience rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty. The golden arches are about as filthy as i get. I'll leave the messy jobs for everyone else.
I did get it resolved. As one poster mentioned above, the phone number did not prove very helpful. I called several times and left messages, but was never able to speak with an individual on the phone. I did, however, eventually get a response after emailing the help desk.
I have had a lot of different MF schedulers calling me, especially recently. I usually add them to my cell phone as Market Force - Bob, etc. At some point, I knew which called about which types of jobs, but that has become more confusing lately. Now I just call one that sounds familiar, and they can usually help me.
