You gave the OP advice to call the HelpDesk and the OP replied by asking for the HelpDesk number saying he or she couldn't find it. It wasn't your responsibility to dig through MF and find it. It also wasn't your responsibility to scold the OP for asking for help in finding the phone number, but you seemed happy (eager, even) to shoulder *that* responsibility. And you did so after the OP got their question answered by another forum member. You were off the hook! So I'm not sure you get to play the victim of the OP's dastardly plot to suck up your time today.
To me it sounded like you were being nasty and superior just because you could. I hope that's not the case, but that's it for me.... I'm done with this topic. I'll read whatever response you want to make, if any, but I'm not feeding the fire on this any more.
