I agree with you. There are also some schedulers that are too high-strung and have no business being schedulers.

Very definitely. And of course part of the issue is that these Drama Queens all too frequently are so wrapped up in their own angst that they don't accomplish their end of the job--scheduling you the correct location, the correct agreed upon price, sending the correct instructions if needed, responding to inquiries before-during-after the shop.
I used to do grocery shops for a certain company and I never heard a peep in 54 shops but one day, I got a long detailed diatribe about what was wrong with my shop. (okay).
So I read it and learned from it but realizing I had done MANY shops for them with 10's before and never a complaint, always compliments! So, two weeks go by and I get another letter commenting and nit-picking my entire grocery store shop, AGAIN by the SAME editor as the last one. ...
Since I tend to save everything... I went back to Day ONE and noted no editors had ever written me anything negative until this editor (let's call her Gladys) who btw---> (reminded me of the nosey neighbor on Bewitched who always stared out the window at Samantha and was always screaming, "Abner!!"
So, I get a 3rd one from this lady Gladys. She is AGAIN nitpicking every-single-thing about my grocery shop. Now at this point, I have done and corrected her 100 nitpicky complaints, making absolutely SURE I did not repeat her nitpickery items. I never EVER got a good review from her!
I finally said for all the work I was doing with her never-ending whining, it was not worth it so I stopped working for the company. I think she was NEW and wanted to score points for saying, "SEE! I am doing my job!" It made me quit that company.
