I need contact information for Beyond Hello

Don't work for them. They won't pay you. I have proof I submitted everything correctly and they refuse to pay me. They gave me low scores so I can't get shops with them. Who cares?? There's hundreds of shops and companies to work for that are legit. I have been fighting for justice for over 5 months now and will even if it takes me 10 yrs! Justice has to be served. I just contacted the headquarters that took over Beyond Hello. Hopefully I'll get justice there. They need to fire Kara and Jill for not being professional. They made me edit my work for over 12 hours (one week) and I gave them a perfect final report and they lied and said I never did it. I have proof that they lied and pictures of my perfect report. Thank the lord not all editors and companies are like them. I have some of the greatest editors and one day I'll let everyone know who they are. Don't despair if you are having the same problems. Work with the editors and companies that are just and you know you'll get paid. In this business like any other business your scammed.

I have 2 editors Kara and Jill that editor [name deleted] Bank who scammed me several times. I have proof but can't get anywhere's with their supervisors. I refuse to work for them anymore and don't have to because I'm an excellent Mystery Shopper with high scores. I work for over 30 companies but want justice and have these 2 editors fired for the what they put me threw. Is it true they have a budget to go by and the reason they don't pay you because they get a kickback if they stay withing their budget? I need those CEO's contact numbers. Thanks.

Mod note: Combined 2 threads the OP started since they deal with the same thing. Also edited out the name of the bank because of ICA violation and to follow forum rules. In the future, please do not link the client with the Mystery Shopping company. We understand you are upset, but please be respectful in your postings. You know the old saying, you catch more flies with honey...
So, Chilo, here's what you do. Go to shopper log in and sign in on the website. Then look for contact information there.

You want contact numbers for which CEO's? Your message has so many grammatical errors in it that I am not really sure what you are asking. There are at least two MSCs which do shops for [bank]. Of course, since you mentioned the client, no one can now mention the MSC. Are you trying to contact the CEO of one or both of the MSCs, or are you trying to contact the CEO of [name deleted] Bank? I can't tell from your message. If you do contact the CEO of [name deleted], you will probably be violating your Confidentiality Agreement.

I THINK that this is what you meant to write in your first sentence (I decided to fulfill my dream of being an editor): "There are two editors for shops I have performed at [name deleted] locations, Kara and Jill. I feel that each of them has scammed me by ...." You never said what they had done to scam you, so I couldn't complete that sentence. Perhaps you could enlighten us? By the way, "threw" is the past tense of "to throw". I believe that you wanted to use the word "through" as a preposition. Of course you knew that because you are of course "an excellent Mystery Shopper" and I am sure that the reports you submit are grammatically correct and perfectly understandable. You were clearly just testing my ability as a prospective editor, and I took the bait.

Edited to remove a single errant letter. My stretch goal is to become a proof-reader. smiling smiley

Mod note: Edited to remove client name since threads have been combined and MSC has been named

For some reason, I'm not convinced that the low scores you received were undeserving.
I am pleased that you provided all of us with an example of your writing style. Your grammar usage and spelling errors tell quite a story.

How long have you been mystery shopping? If you are signed up with 30 MSCs, you should be very aware that the independent contractor agreement you signed when you registered with this company prohibits you from revealing the names of their clients to others (particularly on an internet forum!) AND prohibits you from contacting their clients. You don't sound like an excellent mystery shopper. You sound like someone with a bone to pick who has chosen a public internet forum to bash a company using an anonymous name.

Bashing MSCs and editors without offering any details just makes you look bad. It's probably a good thing that you refuse to work for them any more. If you want advice or help, post a detailed account of exactly what the problem was. Drop the emotion. Knock off the bashing. Post a reasonable, professional post and you might get some good advice.
Please, I need contact information for managers and superiors over the editors. I need the superiors over the editor manager/superiors because I'm not getting results. Thanks.,

Absolutely. This works with employees as well as contractors. Whenever my budget is tight or I just want to save some money, I don't pay my employees that week. They've already done the work, so I just go ahead and use it without paying them. Now if only I could figure out why no one in their right mind wants to work for me.
Could you post a version which is grammatically correct and which includes details of how you feel you were wronged?

Lets see, member for 3 1/2 months, all 8 posts in under an hour and I see you don't like Beyond Hello, Intelli-shop. My sense is that you are going about this the wrong way. I know that I certainly am not motivated to accede to your demands.

I can tell you that rational conversations with those involved with your issues are more likely to be effective than contacting their superiors, but that is just me.
The mystery shopping company is who pays you or does not pay you. The editors work for the mystery shopping company and they have rules and standards to follow. You are angry at the editors for not paying you but it is the company who did not pay you.

Maybe it is not them. Maybe it is you. You certainly are not getting results here on the forum either.

You sound like a newbie shopper who messed up, didn't get paid, and now wants to burn the MSC. It looks to me like you are running down the road to deactivation from the MSC and maybe other MSCs as well. Word gets around.

I have worked many times for this company and always been paid. You've provided no details, only a vague statement about having "proof I submitted everything correctly." If in fact you truly believe you deserved payment for jobs done correctly and you did not receive it, and if your reason for posting on the forum is to warn other shoppers, your post is doing exactly the opposite.

Your current posts are unprofessional and slanderous. In addition, the grammar and sentence structure of your posts are so poor that it appears to this reader that your reports may not have been accepted because the writing quality was poor. That would explain the low grades, because it has been my experience that this company passes out 10s like candy (they are NOT "hard graders" like some other companies). Your posts make the company look good and you appear unprofessional and incompetent.

My advice to you would be to edit your posts, removing all the unprofessional, emotional, vague language. Correct your grammar. Clean up your sentence structure so your story is easy to read and understand. Then post what problem occurred, along with specific details, so that readers can understand what happened.
