Market Force Invalidation- how soon do they let you know?

Hi everyone! I am new to the mystery shopping world and appreciate this forum and the good information about how to be a better shopper.
My question, I've read here that Market Force seems to be invalidating shops more often how than what some of you are used to...most of my work today has been with MF, and I wanted to ask, if they are going to invalidate a shop, how soon do they let you know? I've done about 20 shops for them, and would be disappointed if they didn't invalidate the shops until closer to the time they paid me. I'd want to know if I am making errors so I can correct them and not continue to make the same mistakes and not get paid.
Thanks!

From my experience, they let you know if they have questions pretty quickly. As another poster stated in another thread, just pay close attention to your receipts and note any discrepancies when initially reporting your shop. You can check the status of your shop on their web page. They seem to get approved within a few days at most, sometimes a lot sooner.
Yes, they are a company that 'no news is good news'. They will let you know quickly if there is a problem (usually within 24 hrs). And indeed you can look for (Approved) on the "Assignment/Receipt Status" page of their website (left column under the job ID number). That is a newer feature for them that is very comforting.
As Flash said, check the asignment/receipt status page. You'll see that it's in "QC" if it's still being reviewed. From there it will move to "approved" or "invalid."
I had one tagged last week. Submitted 7pmish, Invalid 830amish the next day.

I've had random questions from the arches to MF, as they want to pass any blame of errors it seems back to the shopper. For example.. ordering ketchup in the drive thru and not receiving it. Present it factually and then get asked 2 weeks later if I am sure I asked for ketchup.. where in the ordering process I asked, etc. Never had one like that become invalid, but the frequency for any arches shop that was not perfect having the arches have further questions is becoming more frequent.
Thank you! All of this is good information. I should have specified in my original question, when in the MF database, my shop is marked QC, and then marked as approved if it was really approved or just approved by database entry, and additional follow-up is required. You've answered my question, I appreciate it.

To the post above about the follow-up questions, I've been a little nervous about follow-up questions they may have for me and so I take a audiotape of my entire shop and save that to my file on my computer. They take up a lot of space so I'll probably end up deleting them after 4 to 8 weeks but as I said I'm a little nervous about any follow-up questions. This forum has really been a lifesaver, thanks!
It annoys me to get an Arches Q 2 weeks later, especially if it was a busier month for shopping. I have a non MS job. I MS for a little extra money, fun reimbursements sometimes and I do like some FF, and would rather not pay for it since I discovered MS. Think it was 2 months ago or so that I did 4 Arches in a 2 week span, and then 2 weeks later got 2 different sets of follow up questions although all 4 shops had been approved.

I get that it takes a while for the Arches to look them over, ask questions, have the MSC then email you, etc but even with notes, it's a pita.
Get in the habit of watching the status of your shop. Some are Approved instantly, others take a day or so. When others linger in QC longer than that, they are obviously being scrutinized, and may result in an invalidation. If that happens, you will receive an email stating such, with a request to respond with any counter explanation.

I've never had any of my reports questioned, sent back or declined. I just saw a notice regarding the July payments being processed. Just wondering, has anyone ever had a report declined AFTER the payment was processed? I read so many complaints about reports being declined and shoppers not getting paid.
Well today I decided this was the very LAST time I ever do another {deleted} for them - EVER.

I wondered what they were going to find to invalidate this shop because the restaurant was not giving out receipts to ANYONE, the cashier even said they had run out of tape.

The thing is this was a special order shop so I was able to scan the two special order tickets as proof of the shop. Then of course they found a reason to invalidate. Said I didn't order a Medium fry.

Who said I didn't ? And how can they make that accusation without a receipt ?? I answered that they offered the combo and I took it - no size option was offered.

That was their sneaky way of deleting a bad report - a super bonused one of course. I have never had that answer invalidated ever before.

I have had enough of the game playing.

Done, Done, Done and DONE with {deleted} forever.

Mod note: Client name deleted due to ICA violation and it is against forum rules to link the client with the MSC - already mentioned.
Sense I have not yet done any shops just trying to learn all the ins and outs of the business. how often do you get paid after being approved? I need to get as informed as I possible can about the companies. THANKS
Depends on the company. Some it's a few weeks, others it is three to four months. Somewhere around here is a thread with a lot of the company's terms listed. Their websites and ICAs usually have the information available to you after registering.

Take a breather. If you detailed the discrepancy on your order ticket on why it didn't show medium or you received something other than a medium, then this should be worth trying to clarify to Helpdesk ASAP before it gets reassigned and completed by a different shopper. Did you save a copy of the report you submitted? It's worth a try, especially if it's a highly bonused shop.

During my WI shops for FF, the cashier almost never add ketchup to the receipt. The location also does not have a condiment bar. I have gotten an approved status on my shop, however the receipt part still says submitted as opposed to verified. Hopefully, the approved status stays that way.

My questions is: Does the WI or DT receipt have to absolutely state Ketchup Packet for the shop to avoid questions from the MSC 2 or 3 weeks later?
It's the drive thru that they will expect to see it. The walk in can just drop it on your tray, or point to the condiment station. The cashier most times is compartmentalized off from the food pickup window. If it's not on the receipt, it's not in the bag.
