I have had the hardest time trying to get anyone from Sentury Marketing to respond to me by email or phone. I've done several jobs and so far no money has been sent my way. Not sure I would accept any work from these people; I know I never will again!

Please provide some details. Is this for Sentry or Century? When did you perform the job and when were you supposed to be paid? They pay consistently, as long as your shop was accepted.

Hi Third Eye. Sentry is real good to pay but they have long terms. If you didn't hear anything back from them on your shops I believe you will be paid. Please give us some more information. My experience with them is that I am paid 60 to 90 days from shop date.

Hi. I am new to the forum and am also having problems getting paid from Sentry. I completed a shop in January and the payment status still says "pending". I have emailed several times but cannot get any answers.
Hi marthamarble, welcome to the forum. That doesn't sound good, a shop done in January and not yet paid. There is a place on the website that you can go and submit what they call a "ticket" which will get your issue looked into. Hope that helps.

I apologize that you have not received a response to your inquiry about payment for your assignment. I've check our support tickets and cannot find any tickets related to payment. Please contact me directly at dave@sentrymarketing.com with the details of your assignment and I will research it and provide a prompt response.

A January assignment that is still in pending status on our website has either not been paid in error or has been paid and the site has not been updated with the payment information.
I need to update - Dave has already researched and requested the payment to be issued! Although I had submitted requests, apparently my follow up requests didn't go through, but all is well and cleared up.
