The Slowness of Marketforce's Website

With Marketforce's new site, I've been doing less and less work for the company because of the time commitment for entering shops.

For example, on the old site, I could power through a Golden Arches shop in 10 minutes. On the new site... 25-30 minutes. With every page taking forever to load, it makes it difficult to justify the compensation.

The only time I take MF shops nowadays is if I have to write reports for other MSC's, as then I can multi-task.

I find it strange we're having to deal with problems like these in 2015. Maybe it's my OCD that exaggerates the problem because I cannot stand the long delay in between pages (when I want to keep a rhythm), but I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I've come to the same conclusions. I spend more time waiting for the next page than I do entering the results. I'll often do something in another browser tab while I'm entering the report, or leave the MF reports for late at night when the site is a little faster.
This topic was just discussed in detail over the last week right here

Seems they work better on Google chrome than on Firefox. But I agree, it is taking too long. Not worth doing when you end up making less than $10 an hour, shop + report time.
I believe I was the original poster and I emailed the help desk. They were no help. I have used different browsers, but it is the MF site. The new format has numerous pages - one question per page. It could take up to 30 minutes or more to enter a report. I have actually entered reports for other companies - two or more for every one MF report. I am taking less assignments as well.
I don't do much with them, but I've even cut that back because the site is taking so long page to page. Can't take it right now, only so much whiskey in the kitchen.

Their site has become so slow it takes them an hour and a half to watch 60 Minutes.

This is weird.
Maybe 1-2 years ago, I had the same experience. The website was so slow, I quit doing shops for them.
The pages flip instantly now. I do have new computer though. I use Google Chrome. Could that be it?
SoCalMama, I suspect it's the new computer. I use Google Chrome and it's not much different from Explorer or Safari.

My husband got a new computer, and complained about their slow-down over the weekend. I did a report for them today, and found it within an MPH or two, the same as their old site. Neither of uses Chrome. As the MSC suggested it, perhaps it would speed things along. Don't know.
I miss being able to simply press enter to get to the next page. Now I have to click the submit button (or whatever it's labeled) on each page. Add that to the few extra seconds for each page to reload and it's just aggravating.

Do you think part of the problem is the Adobe, Firefox, etc issue? I know that caused issues with some other companies. Is that possible? I have not done a shop with them in a very long time. Now, I can't get into the site so no worries.
