Did Market Force dump me?

I've only completed four or five shops for Market Force. All were retail shops except for one audit. I have never applied for a FF shop. They were constantly sending me emails, most of which were FF shops and I deleted them. Now, I tried to sign in and I get the message, "Access to the website is restricted." I requested my password and gave my email address to which they replied my email address is not on file. What's up with this?

Looks as though you are having the same issue as [www.mysteryshopforum.com]
It sounds as though their website is doing odd things and losing email addresses. Are you using a gmail email account?

No, I'm not using a gmail account. I have emailed them, but I think I will give them a call on Monday.

I have not received any shop notifications for about a week. I was able to sign on to the site though. There was no "select shops" so I sent an e- mail to the help desk with an inquiry. There was no reply. Today I decided to check my profile and found that my e-mail address no longer appeared. I found that my e-mail address no longer appeared and the wrong phone number was listed. I made the corrections so now am waiting to see what happens
I had the same issue with Market Force. The said they had an email of mine bounce back to them. I have a gmail account. They re-activated my account, and when I logged in I had to add my (same) email address again. I will see if I get the daily shop bulletin tomorrow...

I received an email today from Market Force with the same reason - my emails have been bouncing back. I added their email to my address book and hopefully, it won't happen again.
gmail has been known to be problematic. I have a gmail address, not used for shops. Colleagues have advised me of bounces. Maybe the problem is my gmail, but it could also be that my colleague's email account is not friendly with gmail. Mutual resolution has been the fix.

Call, or email their Help Desk, Lorrie68. Hoping for a positive outcome.
Needed to add, the problem could be gmail, yahoo, aol, usanet. . ., or it could be the MSC.
I am just getting back into mystery shopping after a 10 year hiatus. Anyway, I resigned up with most companies instead of using my old logins (which are long gone anyway and the email account is no longer valid). I tried to sign up with them and they stated that I had two different social security numbers with them (one was off by one number) and that they could not use my services because of that. Now I am starting to wonder if their system isn't messed up.
