GFK ICA Agreement

Does anyone know how to find the ICA Agreement on GFK's website? I have applied for a shop and it tells me I have not completed the ICA Agreement. I don't know how this could be accurate because I just did shops for them recently. I have searched the site for it and cannot find it. Thank you for any help!

Hi, LisaSTL. Thank you for your reply. I saw the link to view the agreement and have viewed it, but didn't see anywhere to click or sign the agreement and this message keeps appearing when I apply.

It shows up in my completed tests. Can you click on the shopper tester center (a grey button on the right toward the top when you're on the Shop Log Page)? If so, does it give you the opportunity there to take the certification?

I'm lost after trying everything short of applying for a shop to see if I got the same error. Sorrysad smiley

There is an ICA quiz in the Shopper Testing Center. Remember, GfK has a quiz for everything.

Not scheduling for ANY company.
Don't they have a quiz to find out if you're qualified to take the quizzes?

When I log-in, there is a box to check under my user and password, indicating I accept the terms of the ICA. ICA is an active link (underscored and in blue) that takes me to it.
Thank you all! I finally found the ICA "quiz", completed it, and applied for the shop. All is well. smiling smiley
