I suspect this was an unsolicited email that you got that names that company. Penn Color Inc is a manufacturer of ink pigments and has nothing at all to do with mystery shopping. Chances are good that they have or will offer you a lot of money to do shops and as one of the 'shops' wire transfer money away. Beware, it is a scam. If you get such garbage, notify the real Penn Color about it. You can find them readily enough with Google. I suspect they would appreciate your letting them know.
