I took the exam and carefully read the guidelines. Most of the companies I work for tell me that after up to 30 minutes of not receiving help, I should obtain a business card, appropriate photos and report the information. I attempted to call them during the assignment. There was no available support. I waited 39 minutes and it would have been another 30 minutes in a presentation. All of this for $15.00. I contacted my scheduler, who asked me to reply twice to emails about what happened. She told me to fill out the report and that I would be reimbursed for my time. She emailed me back three days later that they could not pay me because I did not go through the full presentation. All this work for nothing. This kind of behavior is disrespectful to effective shoppers who provide comapnies with valuable information.
