This is unusual for Strategic Reflections. I have been working with them for 5 years, always paid and they are great communicators. I can call and get someone (most times) or leave a message and the call is returned in 15 minutes. They do bonus shops but you won't get high bonuses. They cap most at $15 for bonuses. It was the first time they had called me about an out-of the-way shop. They wanted it done immediately, as I recall it was 75 miles round trip, and it was not bonused well. I declined and was deactivated. I called and asked why. They said they had other negative things about me. I asked what. They said I do not do breakfast shops (which I don't, unless am made an offer I can't refuse). I asked if there was anything I could do to fix it and they said NO. So that was that. I did mostly grocery shops for them, did one once when I had the flu and 105 degree temperature as the shop was out of town and I didn't want to stick them with a cancellation, but that was not appreciated. I wrote them letter and it was never answered. PLUS, at the time, I was waiting a good 60 days for any payment. They seemed very rude and uncaring, to me.
