When Market Force Gives a Time Frame

When they say between 11:45-3:45, does that mean you have to be in & out by 3:45 or you have to begin the shop by 3:45 at the latest? I contacted the help desk almost 9 hours ago & haven't heard back. It's not the FF shop. It's the Fast Casual shop.

It means that your shop has to be completed by 3:45.

jay225 is correct. This means you have to start your shop within the time frame given, not complete it.

proudly shopping in the D.
If we're talking about a fast food shop with 2 parts, you must have completed one part and begun the
second part by the 3:45. But if it's NOT ff, generally it means you must be done and out of there before
3:45. Your guidelines should say which is applicable.

One famous Fast Food shop used to say your shop must START within those time frames. I'm not sure I see that in there anymore on the guidelines.
OP, you should contact the Help Desk for the correct answer since everyone here seems to have a different opinion. The shops I perform for MF (NOT FF) require you to be done and out the door by the end of the time frame.
I did a shop where I began the 2nd part with only a few minutes to spare, and it worked out fine, I think it happened twice actually. If you're thinking of the shop I think you're thinking about, the guidelines say you need to start your shop in that timeframe, but it doesn't say finish.

You got good answers here. It depends on which shop it is. If the guidelines are not clear, contact the help desk.

The FF shop I do for them just requires that the second part of the shop begins in the time frame. I often linger after and use their WiFi.

But other shops have other guidelines. Never assume. I have learned that the hard way.
