I don't know anything about this particular company. I do have a suggestion that might help you. If you still have the email you received from them when you were accepted as a shopper, there may be some contact info in that message. You could try sending an email to the person who sent your acceptance letter. I did that once when I was having trouble contacting a company. If you're lucky, there might even be a phone number at the bottom of the message.
