Marketforce Quality Control

Hi,

I have had several shops all for the same client in Marketforce quality control since 9/15. All of my other reports since them have been approved except for this client. I have done work for this client in the past with no issues. Has anyone had this happen?

No. At about this point I would either call the Help Desk or email them.

Thank you! I did email them as I was posting this and they said nothing to worry about the shops were fine.

Hi thank you for your post smiling smiley mine have all been approved as of this morning! I was getting concerned because I had more of these to complete and did not want something to be wrong.

It was a matter of being able to "release the report to the client" " smiling smiley

Added: I just checked mine and they were both approved too smiling smiley Whew!

Glad yours were approved too! I was getting anxious I had 5 pending and most were higher than normal rate.
