GFK / Nikki Atkins / beverage census

I know there are some threads about this, mostly complaining. I posted in one that I took one of these jobs and would report my experience.
Well, the bonus was high. I have never used the app before and even though I am 33 and fairly decent with technology I had a few minor problems with the app. The communication with Nikki was GREAT, quick responses and very helpful.
My section was VERY low income and 99% of the places only served drinks in 12oz. cans. I was only able to complete one survey and had 9 $3 eligible ones.
I was paid on time without having to contact them and the correct amount including the bonus. I know many have had problems but I wanted to share my experience.

I have to admit I was a little leery taking on this assignment. A couple of years ago I worked on a project for GFK with a million issues. Also the bonuses for this seemed too good to be true. Would they try to nickel and dime me in the end? They did not. Granted, one of my areas was a bit stabby, but I knew that when I committed to it and no one forced me to take it. For the money offered I was willing to take the chance. I got paid at least a week sooner than I even expected, and it certainly came in handy. I had thorough training and a team offering me feedback when I had a problem. GFK has really stepped up their game. 10/10
I had a eye glass shop in Ogden Utah 10-03-2015 that I wasn't able to do, the shop has never been completed and I tried to sign up to do it again but couldn't. I will still do the shop but I can't get it assigned to me? Let me know what the problem it please, I'd love to get the shop done for you Nikki.

Nikki with GFK will not respond to you. I had a recent shop with issues as stated from their perspective. It's unfortunate, but Nikki and GFK in general, will only communicate with you if it's to their benefit. Sad but true. Don't expect to get paid. They will not allow you to make any corrections.

When someone joins a forum specifically to bash a company, they have little credibility. When someone joins the forum specifically to bash a company and posts 7 times in less than 2 hours bashing the same company, they go down to ZERO credibility. It just looks like sour grapes.

Please go to our Introduction area and introduce yourself to us. How long have you been mystery shopping? How many companies do you shop for? Have you been successful shopping for other companies? What companies do you like?
We're entering the libel road with Manya at this point...really just need to prove if there are any losses... well into the "ban the IP" territory...
