I had trouble getting DD set up. I got it resolved through e-mail
Just bumping this instead of starting a new thread. I received my first payment from MF, it says payment details 10/7, check date 10/8 (this is direct deposit set up by the way), but no deposit as of today. It could be the bank I set it up with as I've never direct deposited into that account, or it could be that it won't post until Monday. So before I panic about maybe a typo in account number I just wanted to check in and see if anyone has gotten their October payment?
Don't panic yet. My direct deposit usually hits my account the day AFTER the check date shown in the direct deposit log after noon or the next day. For example, in September, the check date shown 9/10 and my deposit showed up 9/11. My October check date shows 10/8 so I am guessing either my deposit will show up after 2 PM or it will be Monday.
Thank you AustinMom! I've never had a deposit show up mid day but I'll be anxiously watching on Monday. I look back on when I started and was thinking the wait time was forever to get payments, and now that they're steadily coming in it feels good to put all the work in for them.
Huge eye roll on my own part at myself. I just realized that Monday is a federal holiday, Columbus Day. Even though my kids' schools are open I think banks will be closed? So I guess I shouldn't panic on Monday, because realistically deposits won't go in until Tuesday.
Market Force DD payment for October was on my account Oct. 09, 2015.
I have not received my direct deposit yet. I bank with Wells Fargo.

My deposit was supposed to be 10/9, but it wasn't in my account yet this morning. Yeah, the banks are closed Monday, so no deposits until Tuesday... 10/13. Isn't this a reoccurrence from last month when their deposit didn't go through as anticipated.
It just shows it really depends where you're banking. So far, my DD payments have been on the dot with a few exceptions when I really believe, the payments were not deposited as noted. Of course, I am in Canada, so a completely different story.

I certainly see no error on their part. Their 'normal' payment date I believe is the 10th and certainly over the years when the 10th fell on a weekend the money went in the next business day. So they are indicating the direct deposits were made 10/9 and I am willing to accept that is what was done. Indeed the bank may not credit my account until Tuesday, but if I received checks in the mail today and did remote deposit they would not credit into my account until Tuesday and be 'live funds' on Wednesday. I'm sure if there was any SNAFU they would have it posted as they did last month when there was a SNAFU.

I totally forgot that Monday was Columbus Day too! If I have to work at my day job, then it doesn't feel like a real holiday.

And, just keep in mind that their direct deposit payment terms are stated to be "around the 10th of the month and are posted to your account in 1-3 business days."

I haven't received my direct deposit either, but I think it is because of the holiday. I transferred money from my PayPal account to my Wells Fargo account yesterday and it usually shows up the next business day. PayPal deposit isn't in yet so I'm assuming it's the holiday.
They must have done some payroll before the holiday. Mine went through. Different banks deposit it faster than others as well.
Sure enough, the money is sitting in my account this morning. As usual, correct to the penny.
