I've been shopping for a few years and I'd not used Jobslinger or Jobslinger Pro. A few weeks ago I signed up for Jobslinger Pro. I'm only interested in leads to new jobs/companies active in my area, not any of their other features which I don't have time to explore. I will say I've picked up a few bits of information that I believe have been worthwhile to me.
I'm not recommending them, just telling you I think I'm getting my money's worth. You can use Jobslinger for free and it's essentially the same thing. Your best method of finding more work is to sign up with more companies. Using something like Jobslinger or Jobslinger Pro gives you leads on what is available in your area without having to sign up with every company. The job board on this forum is also widely used although I haven't found a single piece of work on it myself. I know that others have so just because it hasn't worked for me doesn't mean it won't work for you. On any of these job boards, the jobs are usually long gone before you get there. What you're looking for is what companies have jobs in your area. Then you sign up with those companies.
