Maybe I am going crazy, but I completed my first shop for this company and I cannot, for the life of me, find where it shows as a completed shop now. Where should I be looking?

Just want to say I did one shop for Alta and got paid quickly. I was happily surprised.

I have been shopping for them for the last few months, and I'm generally happy. I will say, however, that they take a long time to approve shops. I'm not happy when I do a shop on the 20th, and it doesn't get approved by the end of the month to be paid in the next cycle. I have shops from the end of October not being paid until the end of the year because they dragged their feet.

Can you tell me what you consider "quick?" I did one 10 days ago (never worked with this company Alta 360--- but did a lot of work for the previous company) I consider quick about 7-10 days.
