informa research?

Hello all, Is anyone else having trouble with informa research? I did four shops for them in early summer. I got paid for two but not the others. Now I try calling and all I get is an answering machine or a loop that doesn't get me to a real person. I tried calling the personal phone number given on one of their emails and get a disconnected message.

I had to call Informa earlier this year regarding non-payment. I spoke to an assistant who got the payment out, but I can't find her name or number in email. I wanna say her name is Sarah and she's an assistant for Donna Horne, but I'm probably not remembering the right name for the assistant.

I don't think there are any Russians / And there ain't no Yanks

I know I have had to email Lysa (I think?) a few times about shops and I never heard back. I sure hope they pay....

I've gotten paid for my shops. I would recommend calling Donna or Julius or just asking to speak to the accounting person (whose name I have forgotten). They have had phone issues in the past. When I mentioned it, they were surprised. I would suggest telling them about the phone disconnecting. If they hear it enough, maybe they'll try to find out what the issue is. Just try again on a new day.

I have not done any work for Informa this summer but when I did I was in contact with Julius. I was always paid on time also. I will try to find my information out and let you know also. I think Julius is now higher on the chain and doing more than being a scheduler also. I will check that out also. I hope your pay comes quickly. If this is an issue, I wonder if it is more the client and not the company. Informa always paid me on time, for months!

I've dealt with him. Good guy. His last name is Wolf, and I always address him as Mr. Wolf just 'cause I dig the character of the same name in Pulp Fiction. It would make sense that he could straighten out any messes at Informa.
