I feel like I need to show some appreciation for a company that doesn't get much space here. I do regular shops for them and they are the nicest company I work with. They are very regional and niche- Midwest area, only a few clients. I get friendly, prompt email replies when I have a question for the scheduler--- often even on weekends or at odd hours, although I don't expect that from them. On the occasion when I have goofed (What?!), it has not been a big deal--rescheduled, reshopped, and then on with our lives. Their software is not the most user-friendly, but gets easier once you're used to it. And they pay by check. Those are really their only downsides. More than compensated by the "human touch."
