In-touch Insight/GCS Field Research/Service Intelligence - can someone explain how these fit together?

When I search for In-Touch Insight I seem to get directed to Service Intelligence. Are they synonyms? How does GCS Field Research fit in? Do I need to register with all three - or just Service Intelligence and GCS Field Research?

Thank you! It has been raining something awful in Houston today, so I decided to compare my list of mystery shopping companies against the list provided at the bottom of this forum. The relationship between these companies was confusing to me. Another relationship that confuses me is between All-Star Customer Service and Mystery Shopping Experts. Are they the same company?
They are very professional.

They are great, I feel terrible I just botched a research job for them I wonder if I'm fired
ICs cant be fired, we arent employees.
All I know is Intouch covers mostly mystery shopping and GCS is mostly field auditing. They are the same company. I don't recall the SI name. They are fair and pay well.
By the by I find the product test mom site helpful about making extra money in a variety of ways.
I don't expect to be paid , but I really like my job.

Just want to say I have completed 2 revealed audits for a particular gas station in my area for In-touch Insight.....super easy, VERY fair pay. NO photos!!! Takes about 20 minutes on-site and another 10 max to report. I signed up for 2 more for next week. I got a chuckle to find out this company is apparently the old Service Intelligence!!! That's taking me back about 7 or 8 years since I did any sort of work for them!! Guess the circle is never broken!!! Hope they pay fairly quickly, though.....but the work was pleasant and with very fair pay!

I had one of those audits today. Five out of my 15 minutes on site was because the manager was bored and chattysmiling smiley The report took five minutes despite explaining a lot about everything that was missing. I knew going in the place was tiny. I barely had room to turn around in the one "aisle." It makes me regret not taking ten or so and making a route out of them. There was one group with a drive time total of less than an hour from the first station to the tenth station. Including driving to the first stop and home from the last, I probably could have completed the route in four hours at the most.

You are right about how little time these audits take...my time was MAXIMUM amount it could take, checking everything possible!!! I hadn't taken these before, and I'm just glad there were a couple left available that I picked up for Monday. If they come up again in another quarter, I'm with you LisaSTL, I'm going to make a route!!

Sigh...I see who my competition is that snapped the other ones up! winking smiley
My post said I only took one of them. On this forum alone there are at least five shoppers in the area with a sixth whose status I'm not sure of right now, he tends to shop more off than on.

Well, I got an email from them today, asking if I could do the remaining 6 in my town. I told them I could only do so if the due date could be extended. They graciously extended it, and I've got all next week to do 6 more! WOO-HOO! They seem like nice people to work with.....interestingly, at the end of the email was a logo for
good-ol' Service Intelligence!! Again, it gave me a chuckle!! Anyhow, I'm looking forward to doing these additional 6 audits next week! smiling smiley
