I love constructive criticism. I find it helpful. Reading some posts in forum though there are waytoo many sensitive shoppers who would cry at the drop of a hat.@JASFLALMT wrote:

Um, yes, but that's of course, assuming professionalism. I agree, that with this MSC, the outcome was expected.
