Right, so he offered a test drive to me. But we hadn't looked at the car yet...so we looked at it. And then he didn't offer again to test drive ....even after waiting an annoyingly long period of time. I think the only way I could have done this situation was to have lied in my report and I won't do that.
one must be extremely careful with wording with any of these mystery shopping companies. if the words are only slightly incorrect, it can call a shop into question.@COFFEEJAN wrote:
