Marketforce shoppers -- please read!

I just reviewed my cpi/receipt status for all my shops in November.

For some reason, the website showed my scans of receipts have NOT been received.

Of course, I just resubmitted all the missing receipts.

This could be because of the glitches in the website; I thought I'd give you a heads-up, guys, check that page, make sure to resubmit anything that's missing.

And my records show that I submitted these receipts at the same time I submitted my shops.

If it's a glitch, an already approved shops, there is no reason to resubmit the receipts.

I'm not sure about that isaiah88. The status of some shops can be Approved, immediately after submitting the report, before uploading receipts and the CPI. Sooner or later, receipts would be missed.

Thanks, ceasesmith. It's a good reminder to keep a watchful eye. Just checked mine, everything is fine.
Always a good idea to check submission of receipts at the time you file the report. In fact, think MF recommends you do that.

No fee, no shop.
Yes, I check them when I do the report to insure that by some accident I didn't submit the wrong receipt. (Yes they are client and date coded but accidents happen.) I even got an odd error message the other day when the shop told me the receipt was too big and had not gone through. Yet on the Receipt/CPI page I could see the full and correct receipt in place. It does make sense to do a follow up to make sure shops get approved and to make sure that what was submitted stays submitted.

Me too, always. As Flash said, to also make sure I submitted the correct receipt. smiling smiley
I always check the Receipt/CPI status within two days of completing a shop to make sure that it has been approved. Some shops stay in a QC status for a few days, so I make sure to follow up until I see that it has been approved or they have flagged it for some issue.
