Customer Service Profiles Login Problem

I have a shop today but can't login. Anyone else having a problem with their site?

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

I was able to call them and they are having a systems problem. Hopefully it will be fixed later today.

I still cannot log in to their system so I cannot report the shop I did today. Is anyone else having the same problem?
