IPSOS Payment question

I was not reimbursed for a required purchase for pov. I was also not reimbursed for the cost of what I was there to do. (Hard to explain when you are trying not to give away the client) I'm sure 99 percent of you know anyhow. Anyone else have the same issue and do you know who to contact about payment issues?

There is another thread which indicates that no one has been reimbursed for the required POV for shops in October where the boxes were refused. The "suggested" yet "required to get a receipt" purchase amounts to $1.96 and the Guidelines never said whether we would be reimbursed or not. Since this is a required purchase, I am going to treat it as a business expense. That is definitely not as good, and I personally feel that if we are required to make a purchase, it should be reimbursed. However, the "suggested" yet "required to get a receipt" items have value, although I use few of them anymore myself. At this time of year, most people use copious quantities of them. I am imagining collecting 100 of them (25 shops) and then selling them on eBay at a 10% discount. Or offer them to people entering the lobby and save the eBay listing fee.

There are still two of these up in my area, but I'm not going to do them. They seem like a waste of time, especially when I have things I have that I don't need refused! Even though the shop mitigates the cost, I'd rather just pay that out of my pocket than go through hoops to get the shop fee. And if the shopper must make a small purchase, then it should be reimbursed.

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
