Strategic Reflections

I am getting more than a little annoyed by the Robocalls from this company. I know who their clients are in my area. I don't care to do any of their shops in my area. I haven't worked a single job for them in years because they are not clients/shops I care to do. The seemingly daily Robocalls from these turkeys is about to get them roasted right off my list of companies I am signed up with.

I have been getting a ton of those too. I just signed up with them. I have never shopped for them.
I agree that it's annoying. And it seems to me that it might be counter productive. I generally answer every call from an MSC. I will always help a scheduler out if I can in the interest of building relationships . I stopped answering calls from them because I have no desire to take automated calls. So if a real scheduler needed my help they would probably not get me to answer the phone.
I went to their website and in profile/notifications there are three choices I supposedly agreed to. One of them is email, which I left 'yes', the others I have marked 'no'. I'll see if that stops the calls.
They've been doing this for quite some time. More often than not, the very vague message is that there are shops in my area. No mention of client, location, date or fee. I Caller ID'd them and always ignore. Suppose I should go into my profile, also.
Just as I hit send on my message above, my phone started ringing. It was in the other room so I had to stop everything I was doing to go answer. Yep. It was a robo call from Strategic Reflections. I like everything else about this company. i followed your good example Flash, and went and changed the settings in my profile as well. I hope it works.
I just received a call from them also. They called yesterday twice and left a message both times. One right after the other. It is getting ridiculous and I'm updating my communication preferences. I don't like getting calls for shops unless they are bonused otherwise I can see what is available on the board.

They take too long to pay for me.

Motivation increases when we assume large responsibilities with a short deadline.
The shops they have in my area don't get filled because it is too much work for too little pay. I did a fitness center shop with them because I was going to be in the area doing another shop. Funny, the other shop was much easier, required little narrative and paid better. The Strategic Reflections shop required finding someone to give me a tour, taking the tour, and then filling out the report with a long narrative requirement. The princely fee paid? 10.00!! No thank you, I am not foolish enough to take that shop again.

In my area, they have good grocery shops. There is a narrative at the end that can get lengthy (describe your entire shop experience) but I have a template saved that I update and copy/paste in. There are also some fast casual/fast food restaurants that I will take sometimes. I haven't seen the fitness shop but I will know to stay away from it if I do. Thanks!

Shopping across Indiana but mostly around Indianapolis.
I just did my favorite shop, ever, for them. Yum! Very easy shop. very easy report. I should update my phone number with them so I get the calls.

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
I used to get calls from them daily, some automated and some from an actual person.

Here's my problem with this msc: they rarely ever bonus, and when they do, it's like $5 or something measly, and then they act like they're doing you a huge favor. They will send out tons of emails written in all caps begging but will not even offer a bonus most of the time. No, I don't want to do another cell phone store for $10 or a chili restaurant for $5. When they lost their large casino account I pretty much stopped shopping for them.
The scheduler I have with them has been giving me a lot of shops for one route. So, I am liking them right now. They gave me gas money for one shop, it was not a lot but it paid for the gas to go do the shop.
They're off my nice list. They offered me something once and the in-house scheduler was super nice about it. Then when I didn't quite get it as promised, I called and had a polite rudeness on the other end. They did ultimately pay me what was promised originally, but their attitude and how they they tried to make me feel about it is something I still have not forgotten. I have them in an ignore file. Their shops go pretty quickly here, though, so they don't have many issues with getting shops done.
I love some of their restaurant shops, like their personal pizza ones and definitely those chili ones when I pass through that region. Most of the robocalls and frantic e-mails I get are for the revealed fast food client, though, which I have no interest in. So yeah, very annoying.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley
Here they push the chili and revealed fast food. I find the chili awful so won't do that one and definitely a 'no thanks' on the reveal fast food.
I tried one of the revealed fast food and I have no desire to do another. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting... spills everywhere, food left sitting on tables, trash on the floor, flies, and the bathroom-my god! Then, I present the reveal and the manager gives me the "I'm shorthanded" baloney.... I was the only customer in the dining area at the time and I watched all four employees B.S. behind the counter during my entire visit. No exaggeration.

All that for a tiny fee and to wait for-ev-er to be reimbursed for food I wouldn't have bought in the first place. Nope. That's a one and done unless there's a LOT of money attached to the next one.
They have a sandwich shop in my area I would do if they would reimburse enough for two people, or if the pay was substantially higher. So far no go.
