Strategic Reflections

Middle of December, and STILL no pay from Strategic Reflections for October shops. I think it's time to dump them.

I have never had a problem getting paid. The check is always dated the last day of the next month. Then it takes a few days to get mailed, and then the post office has to deliver it. My October 31st dated check for September shops was delivered in early November. Given the mail volume at this time of the year, I am not yet worried about the check dated November 30th.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
I just got an email last week that the checks were sent in the mail. I have not checked my mail in a couple of days though.
Mine came today. Only 17 days after their agreed on payment date!

Still waiting for my check in California. The date they say they mailed the check usually is not the same as the postmark.
Funny, I came to this forum specifically to post about this and found this thread. I am in California too and haven't received mine yet either. This will be my first payment from them and I just was not sure it was not due to something I did or did not do. SO...Hopefully it comes before xmas!! smiling smiley

shopping in Placer, Yuba, Nevada and Sacramento Counties in Northern California.
Check received today, Dec 19th. Their email said the checks were mailed on the 11th but the postmark says Dec 14th. I don't understand why they can't put out accurate information. This is not the first month this has happened.
And on top of that they say they process checks on the 30th. I'm sorry but it does not take 14 days to process checks!

My check was dated Nov 30th. So they then hold it 14 days before mailing

I got my check about the 17th or the 18th. It was dated November 30th. This is my first check from them, so I am unfamiliar with the exact payment date. If it is suppose to be the first week of the second month it at least one to two weeks late. Is it like that every month? or is this unusual?

Standard for this company. I just got mine, too. This was even later than usual...
I still did not receive mine. I will wait for the mail on Monday and contact them if it is not there. I have hope since the checks are coming in slowly but surely for everyone.
I find it hilarious that Maritz, a company that is notorious for being backwards and using outdated processes, can pay you quicker after a shop is complete than Strategic Reflections can pay you after their supposed pay date.

I did a shop on October 29th and according to their policy, I should expect the check the first week of the second month, which would be the first week of December. I received an email December 11th stating the checks had been mailed; I think I received it December 18th. Just a little late.
Has anyone heard anything from Strategic Reflections? I have tried to contact several different ways and so far no response. I have tried to log in to their website but it tells me that my email and password does not work but I am entering them correct. I have also noticed they have stopped sending emails about open shops. Do anyone know what is going on?
I just logged in with no problems and see 581 open shops available nationwide.

Their site works fine for me. Try a different browser, maybe?

Site is working fine for me, and I also see job offers in my area, and got an email from them about several jobs in my area just this morning.

I love Strategic Reflections. I do a lot of work for them. I have always gotten paid with the correct bonuses. It does take time though. smiling smiley
I am not sure of what is going on for me. I tried different browsers and still does not work. I tried to ask for a new password and it tells me that my zip code does not match. I sent them another email so maybe they will reply this time. It is odd I don't get any emails anymore. I never had any complaints about the shops I have done so not sure whats doing on.
Sounds like they may have deactivated your account for some reason. I hope that is not the case.

Shopping up and down the Colorado Rocky Mountain front range.
Do you think your account may have been hacked? That would account for not being able to sign in, change in zip, no check, etc.
I know they take 2 months oftentimes and you get paid at the end of the month. If you worked in December, you should be paid end of February. I hope I am correct about this. I did call and ask. smiling smiley
Their payment policy is the end of the month following the shop. So shops done in March would be paid at the end of April. However they ALWAYS pay 10-12 days late.

I finally got them to reply. They said they closed my account due to a invalid phone number but that was not true because up until a few weeks ago I was receiving phone messages about shops that were available. They did reactivate my account.
