I have worked for them for many years, they used to be a source of small but regular supplemental income. But lately have had a good deal of difficulty with communications. There is only one store in my area that works with them these days, , so it is hard to tell if my problems are because that client keeps changing their rotation and other requirements. In any case the required days between shops and/or departments have changed many, many times over the years, with no notice to me.
VERY FRUSTRATING!
There are now usually several shops a month that they have difficulty filling, but I am often shut out of self assigning, probably because of the above.
I then email the scheduler, who often does not respond for several days. By which time I have been waiting for a response, often keeping my schedule open so I could do the urgent shop. By the time I get a response, if I ever do, the deadline has often passed.
I have had little or no luck asking for help with these issues.
Do any of you have any tips for working with this situation?
