Shopper's Critique regularly has a ton of these. They pop up at various MSCs but not with the regularly of SC. Pay is not the best there and they can be very picky if things do not go as planned, regardless of the effort put into it.
Sorry I was trying to post on another topic.

I don't understand why distance would be an issue when you are calling a company on the phone. I have called companies in California and have never received a distance bonus. While I self-select to some extent when "local" knowledge is required, distance itself is not an issue when making a phone call.

The most I have made is $25 for a couple due to the distance being 50 miles away from my home but most of mine seem to pay $18-$22 again due to the distance.

Long distance, maybe, via traditional landline? ... or a cell phone without unlimited calling?
If that were true, why wouldn't the MSC hire someone who doesn't incur fees for long distance? Are there actually traditional calling plans where you pay for long distance on a landline? Even if there are, I can't believe that there is an MSC willing to pay for the cost of a phone call when so many people have unlimited free calling. And the poster was talking about the location being 50 miles away. Maybe we don't understand him, or as a new poster he doesn't understand what a phone shop is? Maybe he is confusing it with a shop where you go to a physical store and ask about a cell phone? Then distance pay might make sense.

Sorry I was actually trying to comment on another post. I was using a dual screen and doing too much at the same time.
