Spies in Disguise

I did a search and don't see anything. So far my experience with them is they are legit but their schedulers or whomever assigns shops are slow and a bit confused.

I haven't worked with them for a while because they appear to have lost their client in my area. When I worked with them I was always dealing with the same scheduler. She seemed quite reasonable to deal with. My frustration was that if you put in a request you either heard back reasonably promptly that you got the job or you never heard back at all, could not see that you put in a request and had no way of cancelling a request.
Anne is the best. She answers emails promptly and is always just a phone call away. Their reports are LONG and the number of requirements is huge. They have recently gone to an extended time afterwards, which means that you can take notes, but not have to write up the report while you're on-site. Love this company!

Now scheduling travel shops for the day after Christmas through mid-January.
There's never been a shop available in my area in the months that I signed up with them.
They have two good clients. Their notification isn't as good as other customers. I'm hoping they are new and will improve. I was tempted to remove my name but will wait and see. As of now they are lower tier and easy to compare to another company which has the same client. The pay is the same but the amount of work needed for Spies is far greater not just in the input but having to deal with them, their shops and doing their form which HAS NO SAVE OPTION. You have this giant form with multiple narratives you have to fill out and can't save it until it is entirely ready and able to submit. Due to the number of questions, timings and everything else their advice to write it out on a word processor first than "copy and past" 30+ lines of input is nonsensical.
