I just did my first shop for Regal yesterday and found out about the 90 day payment schedule. Is this their standard policy? I don't mind waiting for payment but that could be a major blow for reimbursements.
If you're concerned about floating a high reimbursement for 90 days, you can always ask them beforehand if that particular shop will be reversed or reimbursed. Reversal is usually within a week.

Seriously, nobody cares that you're offended.
You could also look into getting a credit card with a 0% interest rate on it if you don't have the funds to pay off your credit card in full. Paying interest on credit cards sucks.

90 days for the reimbursements too.
I have plenty of credit and cash on hand. It was more of an annoyance than anything.
