Stericycle data entry

I am trying to enter my data using Microsoft Edge which is the successor to Explorer. It is not working. I tried emailing Steri but haven't heard back. Any insight on this problem? (My computer is broken so I am using my daughter's.)

No idea, but if your daughter will download Mozilla Firefox on her computer as an alternate browser, you should be able to get what you need to do done.

To add to that thought...I have Edge on my laptop and I can't access some of my bank accounts and other websites using it, but on my desktop I have the usual Chrome, Mozilla, and IE which I use for everything with no problems. It's when I am traveling and trying to use Edge on my laptop that I have issues, that's why I downloaded the alternate browsers on it.

They told me only Internet Explorer works.
