This company still issues checks - which I find wasteful (paper/stamps), time-consuming (rather it be placed in my PayPal account and not have to make a physical deposit). But today has taken me over the top.
I completed a fitness shop and my membership will be cancelled by said "International Company". However, there is a form to fill out which must be completed by hand, photo-copied and/or faxed. Honestly, are they in the 1950's? A form could be put in editable PDF form which is simply, easy and more cost-productive (I say). I fear this "International Company" needs a LOT of tweaking. Their IT department can't fix this?
