I occasionally use the iSecret Shop app when I'm out on a route and want to pick up a few extra, very easy shops...even though they don't pay as well as they used to. I like the app, but I know many others have mixed feelings about it...anyway I've been shopping with them for about two years and their payments have always consistently arrived to PayPal 45 days after the date of the shop. I completed several shops in early December (12/1, 12/2...) that have not been paid yet. I emails and called last week, and was able to speak with Emma, who said their PayPal account had been down but was back up and I could expect payment on Monday.
Well Monday has come and gone and no payment arrived. I'm wondering if anyone else has had issues recently. I'm reluctant to do anything else for them because I worry that there is actually a real problem.
