Logging into SeeLevelHX shopper portal

When I login to the SeeLevelHX shopper portal I have to go through two separate login screens. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I start by logging in on: [portal.seelevelhx.com]

Then I'm take to this page where I have to login again: [portal.seelevelhx.com]

If anyone knows what URL I should be using to be able to login only once I'd welcome your advice.

I bookmarked that page and go directly there now.

Never mind. It didn't work. Stupid set up if you ask me.

Ok, I feel better now that I know I'm not the only one experiencing this. smiling smiley

I suspect it may have something to do with the fact the SeeLevelHX is the result of a merger. There may be multiple independent web servers in the background that have a separate login infrastructure and we have to login twice to authenticate to both systems whether we know it or not.

This has actually been an ongoing issue since they were still Beyond Hello. I always had to login twice before entering the job boards. What I started doing (before the merger) is not log in the first screen, just click ENTER and it will take you to the 2nd login and then log in for real there. Not much of a solution but at least you don't have to log in twice.

I remember when it was like that with BH. I was finally able to bookmark the second login page and go directly there.

Yes and it's very annoying. And no, bookmarking the second page does not work, the portal sends you to the first one always.

Yep, always... I lost 10 minutes of my life figuring that out. LOL
