YIKES!!! I know they're having problems, but my last two e-mails to HelpDesk have bounced back as undeliverable! Anybody else?

My last email to them was sent with no issue. They just never responded. I guess we have the same result
I resent the e-mails -- and, for heaven's sake, got a nice "thank you" back! Will wonders never cease?

Hello Shoppers, if you are experiencing a delay in receiving a response to your email to our help desk, please be patient. We made some upgrades to our email system and are in the process of working out a few problems. Please refrain from calling if we don't respond to your email as timely as we would like to unless it is an emergency (can't report a shop, question about shop paperwork and the shop is today or tomorrow, etc.) We are truly sorry for this inconvenience and we thank you for your patience.

Yes, that was all posted days before the bounced backs. Explains why e-mails before that posting just didn't get answered. Does NOT address bouncing back as undeliverable! Fortunately, they did receive them when I resent them. They even acknowledged receipt, and thanked me for taking the trouble to re-send!
