Ipsos...What's up with them?

I have a pay statement showing more than $100 due from shops going back to early January.

Just got paid a little over $20. (The exact amount matches up to shop done near the end of January, for which no pay statement has yet been generated.)

Something has certainly gone off the rails.

IMO...actual payment not matching the pay statement...seems not likely to be a PayPal or ACH issue.

UPDATE: Got paid mid-morning today (Feb. 18) for the earlier batch of shops, that appeared on the pay statement. Thanks, IPSOS for getting this worked through!

I have one worse. I picked up one of those tablet shops for them. Performed the shop, filled out the application and when i went to submit the system kept saying I was missing three answers. I emailed the scheduler and she said it was a problem from other shoppers as well and that when it's fixed she'll let me know. Two days go by I email her back saying I haven't heard anything. She emails me back saying the issue has still not been fixed but she extended the shop deadline so it wont be a problem. Five more days go by! I email her saying I still haven't heard anything and I'm worried now that the timeline the client is supposed to get the reports from when the shop is performed is now going to be a problem. She emails me back saying that she still hasn't heard of the issue being fixed and that she'll let me know when she hears more. The next day Ipsos posts a bunch of shops and sends out a massive email....it includes the shop i performed already! I emailed her again and she said again the issue is being worked on. It;s been a week since then and I have still yet to hear what is going on
Sounds like that response from the IPSOS rep was a canned lie. If you have funds to cover payments in your accounts as your such a large company then pay the shoppers on time per your stated policy and things will even out when your money from said client goes thru. It is now the 18th and my Jan payment not received. Which the shipping shops would go back to previous msp.

Edited to add:
I have seen this thing in the past with other companies who went out and screwed people over. Thankfully this was not a lie as I did get payment today.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.

What annoys me is that they respond on a message board yet sent nothing out to each shopper. So unless you are on this forum- then you have zero clue that they are blaming someone else for the delay. How is that even remotely ok in a business world?
FYI, I received a PayPal payment from a different MSC on Monday, 2/15 which was the holiday. So, if one company can do it, why can't IPSOS?

Hello BuffaloNY101,

It was not a lie. The payments went out today morning as soon as they were posted by PayPal.

We apologize for any inconvenience to everyone.

We will make our process more transparent and post a payment calendar date on our reporting site.

Thanks,

Dhaval
Hello chocolateinparis ,

We were following with a bulk of the emails that were sent last night and figuring out again with a precise timeline after PayPal confirmed. By that time, the funds were uploaded (today morning) and paid right away.

Once again, we do apologize for the inconvenience and are making our processes better and communication to our shoppers more transparent.

Thanks,

Dhaval
I was paid today for my January shop.

I wasn't sure if I'd like the transition, but I LOVE reporting thru the app. The previous company paid a day or two late on occasion. All of the "sky is falling " posts (not yours in particular) make shoppers look really ignorant. Payments get delayed in the real world all the time. It's not tragic. Sheesh. I've chased payments that were 30, 60 or 90 days late at my real job on a regular basis.
I got paid today so all is okay. I will note his in my log and if late payment becomes frequent I will not take as much work with them.

I was paid at 9 AM this morning (2/18) for all of my January shops. The payment of over $1K was accurate to the penny.
