marketforce really holding out on these announced grocery audits

marketforce has these announced grocery audits that I like to do but only when bonused. They normally pay 15 with addition 15 reimbursement but usually by the second week they're getting bonused to 25, then 30 in the 3rd week and then 45. So I always wait. There's been like 15 of these shops on my 40 mile radius job board since mid-january and they have yet to bonus them and no one is biting apparently either! I even emailed them last week to try and get them bonussed to get 8 of the shops off their job board for 30 a piece. Got a reply saying it was sent to the schedulers and that if they accept I'll get an email but if they don't I wont hear anything (I didn't get anything back). I was hoping they'd get bonused for this weekend but so far not so still holding at 15

First, second and maybe even third time likely closer to the 3 hr time they say but as you get to know what you're doing I can get these shops done in about 90 minutes. 75 if the circular is smaller that week. I like to do the circular on it's own. Every department the first two questions is whether the dept has the items in the circular. It's too time consuming in my opinion to check the circular EVERYTIME for each dept. I like to do all of the non-circular questions then at the end whip out the circular and knock the whole circular out, crossing out when i find the item or circling if it's not there then inputting any missing items when i send the report
Yikes! $30.00 for three hours or 90 minutes is not enough money at all. As far as bonuses go, it is only the first quarter of the year and only half-way through the month of February. Most schedulers are not even close to the panic button yet.
These shops are weekend audit only shops though and February doesn't have that many weekends. Like i said usually at this point they'd be at least a 25. I mean there's only 10 days of February left...

I have done a few of these audits in the past. I also noticed that they haven't bonused them at all in my area, and there is no way I would do them for 15 plus 15. The first one I did was for 35 plus 15 reimbursement, and I decided that wasn't enough. The second one I accepted when the fee got to 55 plus reimbursement, and that seemed fair. The third one they called me last minute and paid a whopping 100 plus 15. That was awesome for about 90 minutes of work.

On a side note...at one of the stores the store manager followed me around during the audit, and the poor guy was so nervous. When they didn't have one of the advertised salad mixes on the shelf he totally freaked out. I felt bad for him, and told him that it's just one item, and everything else looks great so far. He confided in me that they got a bad report last time...and then almost in TEARS told me that these audits are "just another stick for corporate to beat us with". Ugh. I felt horrible. sad smiley Luckily, they had no other outs or any other negative issues, so hopefully they didn't get another beating based on my report.
I've had times where the managers get the call that I'm there then run around the store trying to make sure everything is good before coming to greet me (you can't start the audit until a manager greets you and signs you in). I waited 30 minutes the first time and never again!. I've had the issue happen since and each time I'll head back to the associate at guest services in 5 min ask if they forgot about me...they recall and then I wait 5 more minutes and that's it, if the manager isn't there I ask the guest services person where I can find them...forcing my foot if I have to. I don't have 30 minutes to waste

Whenever you receive a request either by phone or email from a scheduler, make note of their email address or phone number and ask if you can request jobs from them. You can request $75 to $100 for jobs that normally go for $10. When you see jobs listed for weeks at $10, you then know that everyone is waiting to contact their scheduler for the super bonuses.
I don't figure these will go up until March. I think they're done once a quarter.

I've only done one so far. It was $40+15, and it took about 90 minutes. I haven't been inclined to do another yet.
