Another "Hit and Run" Poster discredited by everyone receiving their monies due to a tech-glitch, thank you IPSOs for being a great MSC and nobody here had any doubts until Sal started screaming "Fire!",

Do you mean their boat is sinking in the ocean and there are no more life rafts? tongue sticking out smiley
I tried to do one shop for this company two weeks ago. there was a problem with the report and it wouldn't allow me to send. The scheduler said she was aware of the problem and would email me when it is fixed. Correspondence went back and forth like this for a week when IPSOS sent out a mass email of new shops and it included the shop I did!!! The scheduler seems nice enough but I think even she can't seem to reach anyone above her. She keeps telling me that she has reached out to her supervisors but hasn't heard anything back. If you want details there's big details! This company is sinking! DO NOT PERFORM ANY SHOPS FOR THEM! I'm certain i will not see my $15 but at least I only had one shop with them there are others who had more shops and haven't gotten paid. I feel bad for them.
This is very concerning – as we were supposed to be paid today for January shops which is already delayed from one we should've been paid. I did not get paid today. Does anyone know anything about the MSC going under?

You're right. That email they sent out about payments being delayed due to the holidays said that we should get paid by 2/17 "at the latest". I didn't get paid yet either, but I figure I'll give it another day or two before I panic. I'll be extremely upset though because I completed 11 shops...all of them with fairly substantial out of pocket expenses for services that have ZERO value to me...
Unfortunately I'm in the hole for much more than that. It's just getting too difficult to continue to shop for this MSC. Too many issues, manipulating shop dates once assigned and taking a long time to assign. There are some amazing companies out there who get it right. This one just can't seem to get on track.
I have not gotten paid either yet and got same email. Will wait a few days. Not doing anymore work for them.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Well they have 1000's of shops available. I've had other companies run into snafus on payment. I'lll wait and see. I 'll finish my obligations to them.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Well we have to float the reimbursements so payment is critical at least for me. I do hundreds of shops for MSC and this is actually the first time I have encountered a delay in reimbursement. If you send communication that says it will be there no later than 2/17- then how can they not? I was hoping it would be in there by end of day 2/17- or at best deposited early morning 2/18. Nope - IPOSOS has yet to submit reimbursement and now I am getting worried that it won't arrive. The worst part is that they have not communicated anything to support a delay. Nothing on their website that supports why reimbursement would possibly be this delayed.
No payment yet.... I wasn't concerned about that yesterday, but I sure am today!

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
I have yet to do any assignments for them, because of things I've heard. I too miss the old msc that used to do these shops.
I just got paid. I am not sure if its because the scheduler emailed me a reminder about an upcoming job snd I emailed her back stating I was not sure I wanted tobget further involved with this company if dont pay or if I was goibg to get paid anyway but I did get paid....now to see if they are going to edit the jobs I did this month do I get paid
Yay so thankful IPSOS fixed the issue and payment made.

Ridiculous statement.

This worldwide company is incredibly profitable.

Add me to the list of people who were paid in full this morning.
Paid in full

I think this is more of a Paypal/ online banking thing than IPSOS. I've had to deal with it with other online payment postings. Anyways my payment came through no problem last night. I haven't checked for accuracy yet but it looks to be correct.
I got paid today for a job I did on February 2nd. The one I did the day after is Okay to pay, but no statement has been posted yet. I still haven't figured out their payment program.

this is a "bump in the road" and Ipsos is indeed one of the very best MSCs in the business as is the scheduling company that they utilize. @#$%& happens and chill and try to have some empathy for situations that are beyond one's control.
