I was in the middle of inputting a shop and the website froze. I tried to reload but nothing happened. I closed the browser and typed back in Market Force's website and I am getting an error message. IS anyone else having trouble?

I just posted the same topic. It froze while I was inputting a shop

That's why I'm here. I have two reports left to do and I keep getting the timeout err. All other websites are working on my computer so it has to be on their end. Very frustrating!

The website is down. I was in the middle of something and it just died.

The website is down. It has been down now a good 20 minutes. It froze when I was on there and my internet diagnostics says the website is down.

I can't login at all. Email sent to the help desk (that's an oxymoron,) and I'm sure I'll get the obligatory: "There does not appear to be any system's problem here" response. In the meantime the clock is ticking and I keep getting the server has stopped responding message, when I try to report the shop. If I have to swallow this shop's expenses, I am done with MarketForce!

I can't even get it to pull up on my laptop. I get that icon that looks lie the page has crashed.

I have been trying to login for over a hour.

If the website is down, I doubt they are going to quickly respond to every email asking if it is really down. They are not going to reject your report for being late when it is clear the website is not available, it is not something they are known for doing.

They should add an alert/update area on the main website to post informational messages when the shopper site is down.

It sure is. I tried to connect from Google and then IE and no go. So I did troubleshooting .... it says MFI is not responding. Yes, we know that.

Still down. I have 3 reports to do...

Anyone having trouble logging into Market Force? I've been trying for two hours. At first I just kept getting a blank screen. Now I get the login page, but keep getting "login failure"

I gave up, it is past time for me to do my shop tonight. I emailed them asking them to reschedule it for tomorrow as I was assigned today and never was able to get any paperwork

Same here, and I'm exhausted and really need to lie down. I emailed the help desk so they know I've at least been trying. I guess I'll take a nap and try submitting in a while. Could y'all wake me when the site comes back, please?
