I just got off the phone with a help desk rep. and told her of my concerns. Please Note what she advised: Our web site is not working correctly and what you will see on your log in will not be correct. Please DO NOTHING regarding any shops until you receive an email from us (Market Force).
When I asked when they expect to be up and running she said she had no idea and they were trying their best.
I just had put a restaurant report in with Market Force a few minutes prior to this discussion. I hope they get it and I don't have to redo it. Give them time they are doing their best!
