Is Market Force down right now?

I hope it's okay to submit my report first thing tomorrow morning. I'm so tired, I can barely keep my eyes open.

I'm pretty sure they know the site is down. In my situation, I'm running a massive school event tomorrow from 8am-11pm. I might be able to get my reports submitted if it pops up during the day, but not pictures or receipts.
Yes, I have three 3 shops to do tomorrow and wanted to review the guidelines one last time. I'm glad I'm not the only one with this issue.
I can log in now but the site seems limited.

The Market Force web site appears to be up and operating now. I was able to login and see available shops.
Yes, completed my report for MFI a few hours ago, but after midnight. I have two more reports but this is for another MSC whose website is off for 6 hours. I am going to sleep.
The site is back! But slow.

I was able to login earlier and complete my report. Now I cannot login in. Is anyone else still having issues
I've been in and out, completed reports and assigned shops, both yesterday and this morning. I haven't noticed any problems.
Still not able to log in to Certified here in Canada.....anyone able to access it yet?
Something has changed, last night I got the error message when I tried to sign in. Today it lets me try to sign in but says I don't exist. That's progress, right?
When I was on there today, two seconds from hitting submit it started acting funny again. Took forever to load.... Then, that blank white page came up saying it was not detecting that page..

I logged out and came back in and thankfully was able to finish the report. I think they still have a few minor "hiccups" on this website.
It's 3:39 pm eastern time and the site is down. I called and got a recorded message that said the site was down due to technical difficulties. There was no guesstimate of when the site would be back up. I have two reports from Friday I'm waiting to submit. I tried the web site last evening and it was down. I tried this morning and it was down.

I was able to log in, my list of current jobs is an old list from a couple weeks ago. And the jobs I did yesterday are not listed. I tried going to the search but all of the jobs in the search are two weeks old too. Well, maybe by the time I get home tonight it'll all be back to normal and I can enter my reports..
I could finally log in and when I got there an assignment which had been cancelled (by Certified) was now showing in my account. The assignment (trailers) I did was not showing up anywhere in my account. I called the help line and was advised they were having issues and all shoppers would be contacted by email when they were up and running again. I guess I will just wait and see.
I just got off the phone with a help desk rep. and told her of my concerns. Please Note what she advised: Our web site is not working correctly and what you will see on your log in will not be correct. Please DO NOTHING regarding any shops until you receive an email from us (Market Force).
When I asked when they expect to be up and running she said she had no idea and they were trying their best.
I just had put a restaurant report in with Market Force a few minutes prior to this discussion. I hope they get it and I don't have to redo it. Give them time they are doing their best!
Both MarketForce and CFA need to do a better job communicating with their shoppers. They are a large company. It's not that hard to send an email blast to their shopper database.
Im new to marketforce..been doing this for two weeks, submitted all of my information yesterday(By phone, they said I was done for the day and everything looked good) today I try logging into the site and it says that my account has been deactivated, for NO reason, i left them a message but I really dont understand what is going on

I didn't get an email, but when I signed in last night all of my messages were back on the message board and all of the jobs I had scheduled were back. So I went ahead and put in the two reports I needed to do.
I just entered a report. It was a bit slower than normal, but the report moved along and went through. There was a message that they are having intermittent problems and shoppers won't be penalized for not entering reports during the time of the problems.

Thank you Ms. Judi. I have been trying and trying, even restarted computer etc. and sent them an email also for documentation. It just keeps showing enter language and won't load. Thanks! smiling smiley
I still have a shop that I can't input from yesterday. Anyone else still having this issue?
Yes, I still get the error after clicking Enter Results, even though their homepage says the problem has been resolved.
