I posted this on the other thread. I was able to enter my report last night/evening. It started out slow, but sped up to (their) normal as I was completing it. I thought the problem had been fixed.
I completed my report last night after the homepage was updated to say that the issue was resolved. It was still very slow, even after they said it was fixed, but I was able to get it to submit.

Shopper in California's Bay Area
It's 8:13 pm CST and Market Force just hangs.....WHATEVER they did made their software run SLOWER!!!!
It took me over an hour to do one shop and them when I tried to assign myself to another, it kept going back to the sign in page. Very frustrating.
I tried this morning to enter a shop done yesterday, without success. Wasn't able to try again until late this afternoon. Success, finally!!
This is more than I want to deal with. I had two shops this week, one scheduled for today and on Thursday. In view of the problems, I decided to reschedule for April; 1 and April 5. I'm hoping that gives them a chance to fix this. Thanks to everybody who sounded the warning alarms. Keep us posted.
I had two shops to enter earlier today, and found that the loading from page to page was rather slower than usual. Then tonight I was trying to do the review for one of their shops that require certification/testing, but I couldn't get the page to fully load so that the "Take Test" button would show. It never did load properly after three tries, so I gave up!
With the extra money they are making by paying lower fees this month, they should be able to hire many programmers to fix the issues very fast.
There is a problem right now. I cannot log into their site. The link will not even give me the login. I get the GeoTrust logo on the top middle of the page. Whoops spoke to soon. Got the login.

It's still super slow. I'm not submitting a report, but even just logging in, and checking newly posted jobs is painful.

This has been going on for 4 days now. This morning I cannot get the page to load again and I have 4 shops scheduled that I wanted to do early. The site was finally working well and when I saw that they were doing upgrades I thought "here we go again". Maybe in a couple of weeks the kinks will be gone but what do I do about this morning?
You should call them. 925-293-3386, push number 2 for shopper portal. Sometimes I have to call just to get shop specifics over the phone if I forget like drive thru or drive in so maybe they can give you short specifics at least so you can shop if routine shops?
