Management Consultant Group, will not pay!!

I completed my first shop for MCG and it was a high end restaurant shop mid January for and there is a statement on their site they pay at the end of the following month. That is standard in this business but when I send several emails and leave voicemail and no response it is not good business practice.
I've been doing this business for almost 8 years and it's only happened to me a handful of times but would feel better about a slow payment if they would respond to my calls and emails. I had even received an email for new shops earlier this week and was tempted to apply for another dinner shop but figured I would wait to receive my payment.
Has anyone had any issues with them or can give me some insight, since this was my first job with them.

Yes, and they had already created an invoice on line after the shop was approved and completed.
Do they pay by check or PayPal? It seems end of month means different things to different MSCs. For many that is when they start "processing" payments. Why it then takes some of them a week to actually pay is beyond me. If invoices are already approved the actual payment shouldn't be more than hitting a few keys to either print checks or send the payments to PayPal. .

They pay by paypal. I agree about just hitting a few keys to send it over to the paypal accounts. I found a message on the shopmetrics page from July of last year stating they did paypal and will pay by the last day of the month. I am more upset about them not communicating with me as I have sent several emails this week and one phone call.
OK, so the last day of the follwing month was Monday. Today is Friday. If they mailed a check, you might get it today or by Monday.
Paying with PayPal at the end of the month you definitely should have received payment this past week. Hopefully by Monday, eh?
I have worked for them a few times and have been paid.I received checks. It has been a few years, so I can't really say how long they took, or if they still pay by check. They did make a (large) error once, forgetting to send the reimbursement for a two night hotel/spa visit. When I contacted them, they responded right away and overnighted a second check the same day.
