Do not work with AQ services.
I did 12 shops for them last year and did not get paid.
They make every excuse not to pay.
For instance, they do not have my correct paypal address, the extended profile was not completed (it was erased after I submitted it)
AQ?

Who is AQ? Never heard of that msc. Without any facts or additional information, your post isn't very helpful.
Windchime, most if not all of your posts concern not getting paid. I regret you're having so many problems not getting paid but there can be several legitimate reasons a company does not pay.

Without details we can only guess what may have happened. It's possible you did not follow guidelines, did not shop the right location, did not shop at the right time on the right date, or somehow failed to submit the kind of report they needed. The MSC is not always right but it is a fact the shopper is not always right, either.

Your many posts about not being paid give the impression that there is some error on your part. If you will provide us with more information, perhaps we can provide some suggestions to help you correct whatever the problem(s) may be.

It is our responsibility to check and keep our profiles up to date. We provide the PayPal email address, not the MSC. Sounds like they tried to pay you but you did not provide the necessary and/or correct information necessary to complete the payments.

Bazaar - they had a map on the website and the US was not highlighted. I stand corrected Teri. I just registered and they are in my state as well.
I think they only recently started having work here, Val. When I registered, I put them in my list of "No U.S. work." The past few months, I have been getting emails from them, though.
Windchime, why did you continue to shop for AQ if they were not paying you? Did you do twelve shops really close together, like in one pay period? Also, why did they not pay you? What did they say about that? We need to know their reason for not paying you. Also, we need to know the reason other MSCs have not paid you.

There seems to be a pattern of your not being paid. Are you submitting your reports on time? Are the reports being accepted or rejected? When you say people don't pay you and you don't tell us the reason, we can only assume there was something wrong with your work.

It's not helpful for you to tell us not to work for this company or that company and not give us the reason you weren't paid. I wasn't paid once for some reports that weren't submitted because I was in a car wreck. I understood that they couldn't use reports they didn't get and if they weren't going to be paid then I wasn't going to be paid. Tuff luck. Hard cookies, etc. What are you doing that results in your not being paid by all these companies you've complained about?

Never heard of them, but looked them up. Looks like they have one US client for which they pay [not enough] for the required time.

I had a pay issue with AQ Services as well - a few years ago now. Did one and only one project for them, and the pay was several weeks late. They made one excuse after another why the pay was delayed. When I finally got paid, I made sure I was deactivated and wiped them from my list of MSCs. I can't speak to the OP's situation, but I can certainly vouch for his/her dissatisfaction with this MSC.
How does shopper delete their information with AQ if AQ has profile? I read about popular companies and when I sign up the jobs are not for me. How many companies do you sign up for only to ask them to delete your account for lack of opportunity? Sorry you have problems with AQ but why do 12 shops when you know or feel something not right with company?
Akbar, even though a company may have no jobs for you now, they may have jobs for you in the future. The mystery shopping companies get new clients all the time. Clients move from one mystery shopping company to another one. Nothing stays the same. It is always changing. It is a good idea to stay signed up with all the companies in case they get jobs you want in the future.

Akbar,
Unless a MSC has cheated me or other shoppers I do not delete my profile. And, I am signed up with over 150 companies. Every year at least one MSC that I have never worked for turns out to have something that interests me. In one case, a company that I had not work with for more than 5 years got a new client, with shops that I love and that pay way above average. Just delete the emails that do not interest you, but do not remove yourself from a company just because of no shops of current interest.

I am signed up with a lot of companies who do not have jobs in my area. I don't delete my account just because they don't have opportunities for me right now. I keep all my accounts and keep them active because the company may have opportunities at some future time. Or I might travel to an area where they have opportunities. My two best assignments EVER came from two different companies I signed up with and had no opportunities for over 5 years. Suddenly, both companies got new clients and posted jobs. Since I was already registered, I was able to apply and get assigned before other shoppers had time to register with the companies after the job was posted.

One of the jobs was in July 2014, and I have continued to work monthly for that client with the company. The other was in December 2015 and I have now done two shops for the company. I'm so glad I did not delete my account just because they didn't have shops available.
I have worked for AQ. There pay period is much longer than other companies. In fact the longest in all the companies I registered with. Before my first shop I was skeptical about them. I asked for advise here and the best one was, "while they are a legit company, go with your gut".

I did, and finished one shop for them. Took me a very long time to get paid. Like the OP said, different excuses such as profile not being updated etc. I kept sending emails was paid my 5 bucks but it took me efforts worth 50 bucks to get what I was owed.

However, for a few subsequent shops the paid came in on time. I did reach out to my scheduler before the due date.

More recently I did some shops in nov and was not paid and realized that I wasn't paid. I sent an email to the scheduler and was being tossed around because the scheduler had left the company.

I stood my ground and kept bothering them. Finally, I got in touch with a different scheduler (whose shops I got paid for on time) and she got me paid.

So, like the OP said, there definitely is a problem. However, in the end I was paid for all my shops.
Can one of you wonderful shoppers that have shopped with AQ please write out the full name of the company, so I know not to sign up with them. I respect what your have written; however would appreciate the full name of the company. Thank you for your help.

Their full name is "AQ Services".
Wow, only one time in maybe 15 years now did I ever get the shaft with payment and it was a shifty company that many, many others took a bath on as well. The schedulers and the company just evaporated...I think it was Franchise something. Otherwise, all the companies are really good as long as you do your part with answering the questions and providing the information they need.

Iguana, It was Franchise Compliance. I did a carpet cleaning shop for them 4 years ago. Like you, I never got paid, and like you, it was the only time I didn't get paid by an MSC (in 9 years of doing this.)

Very lucky. i had a carpet with Franchise Compliance; an electronics store with Checkmark; a seafood buffet and 2 popular chain restaurant shops with Grassroots; 2 coffee shops with a marketing that can remember their name now.
I would recommend giving them a call. My experience, when speaking to them was good. They were polite, and while it took them some time, I was paid for all the shops.

They are based in Netherlands so just calculate the time difference. It wouldn't hurt giving it a try!

Good luck
