It was snail-like for me earlier today... something seems to be up.

I sent a help desk message but recieved an automated response stating they had a 20-hour turnaround. I'd hate if they canceled my shops and I'm out my money on these!!

Just make sure you contact the Help Desk to cover yourself. From my experience, I have not seen a penalty for reporting late when there were system problems. I send an email and by the time I get the response the reply is something like "I see you were able to enter your report and it is complete...."

I had scheduling problems because of some short lived snow yesterday. I sent a request early in the AM requesting additional reschedule dates. I got the auto reply with the 20 hour turnaround message and found a way to get the shop done as originally scheduled. By the time I went to the location (1:15 PM), I had received a message stating that my shop was moved to the next day. I tried to contact them again, stating that I am at the location, wasn't expecting a response yet, can I keep today's date and got no reply until later that evening. I think they just say twenty hours to cover themselves. I sent two messages the same day and neither of my reply's were close to 20 hours.
they had message posted on site all week. They let shoppers know way ahead of time that system would be down for maintenance on Saturday nite. we need to pay attn to those messages. they were written in red.
I was called by their schedulers for both of my shops today. I did not schedule either of these through the site. Thanks ninja, but I have not been on their site to see this. Hopefully they will forgive me and let me report my shops tomorrow.

I cannot get the page to load. I knew they were going to be down for a few hours last night but thought they would be back up by now. Glad I got the paperwork that I needed for the shop today.
I'm still trying to submit a report I completed yesterday that wouldn't let me submit. I've tried logging on several different times but the summary button won't load at all no matter how long I let it sit.
Was finally able to get on 2:30 PM eastern time zone after failed many attempts last night and early tis morning....was looking for a last minute lunch shop, too late now...
I am trying to do a report right now, it will not load the first page. I had one hell of a time, getting my paperwork to download earlier. The CPI came right up, but the actual paperwork took a LONG time to finally show up. Now the reporting is super slow....
I have been trying to enter a 4 minute report and it's been 2 hours of trying to enter. Each question after you hit "submit" to go to the next one takes 5-9 minutes to load. In this two hours (of waiting between questions) I have managed to paint my entire living room, do 6 loads of laundry and clean out the oven. The report is only half way through. I gave up and left. tongue sticking out smiley
There is a notice on the site now that they know about the issues. They ask that we do not contact the help desk and that they will not punish late shops.
